Neural Population Decoder of Delayed Signals
This package demonstrates how to decode a signal encoded by a population of integrate-and-fire neurons with receptive fields that delay the encoded signal by arbitrary known lengths of time. See this paper for more information.
Both the utils and ted Bionet toolboxes are required to run this code.
