Time Encoding and Decoding (TED) Toolbox
The Time Encoding and Decoding (TED) Toolbox contains implementations of algorithms designed to reversibly convert band-limited, digitally sampled signals to and from a time-domain representation consisting of a series of time intervals between fixed-amplitude spikes. Sample code demonstrating the use of the implementations is included. Note that not all of the algorithms implemented in one language may be available for the other languages listed below.
Both the utils and ted Bionet toolboxes are required to make use of the Matlab and Python code, respectively.
Interested researchers may wish to read A Gentle Introduction to Time Encoding and Decoding before downloading the toolbox.
